Our Team

What makes our nurseries unique is the dedicated people who work in them.

Seesaws employs qualified and experienced staff, most holding NNEB or equivalent NVQ Level 3 Childcare qualifications.

We also operate a highly acclaimed and nationally recognized Modern Apprenticeship Training Scheme for some staff to gain both NVQ levels 2 and 3 Childcare. All staff hold certificates in food hygiene and paediatric first aid and are fully trained in Behaviour Management, Health and Safety and Child Protection.

All Seesaws nurseries are supported by a range of qualified and experienced mini bus drivers and maintenance staff, all of whom hold enhanced CRB checks and health and safety certificates.

Our staff dry tears, help children settle into new surroundings, laugh with the children, celebrate their achievements both large and small, spend countless hours teaching them new skills and take great pride in helping each one achieve new goals.

Every child has their own key carer which means staff really get to know each child, helping them become familiar and settled within the nursery and building excellent relationships with parents.”
